Yoga suite set up for Nidra

Yoga Nidra literally translates to ‘ yogic sleep’…. But it’s not about sleeping. It’s the place that occupies the borderline between waking and sleeping, not fully awake, not fully asleep.

 

Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation/ meditation we do lying down, when were lying down its easier to access that ‘ borderline’ state we experience between waking & sleeping.
